Actually I can confirm that a LOT of "straight" men prefer dating crossdressers or "drag queens" simply because in general CDs are more old fashioned "feminine" than a lot of todays women are. Most real women don`t go thru all the makeup, glamour and gowns etc that men enjoy seeing "women" in. Don't believe me? Make a profile online as a real woman and another as a crossdresser. Maybe it's the SF bay area is the worst for women's fashions. If not pants it's casual skirts, very casual. Many of CDs at Carla's and DeFrank Center are very "toned down." Exception events where CDs wear dresses such as Calif Dreamin and Cotillion (both recently cancelled). Perhaps a formal gown is a bit much for an average night on town but at least a classy feminine look. There are CDs in tight skirts and very high heels at Divas (but that's for another topic......)
