Red Lights on the Embankment

Each time I hit a red light, the same two guys I've already passed come past me. Each subsequent set of lights are red but they're able to cruise past me again. Each time I have to pass them again until finally the lights turn green and I am stuck behind a Merc and another bike. They get away, to fight another day.

Too much feedback on the mike so have given up with that for the time being.

One thing to do this in short bursts when you have traffic lights to allow you to take a breather :) Not sure its sufficient preparation for real racing... this is just a bit of harmless fun.
