  • Very interesting series... Doug McGuff mentions something quite interesting near the end of the video. I'm paraphrasing here, but it's along the lines that old people move in near straight angle positions because they don't have the musculature to support any sort of acuter angle in their joints.

    Always one to believe in the usefulness of everything that happens, might it be that arthritis comes in to make it even harder to bend the joint?
