This is exercise #7 in the Lady of America Total Body Workout for Women series. This exercise is called triceps press with knee tuck and is a great arm exercise for women. You will need a mat and two dumbbells for this exercise. Lay flat on your back and bring your knees up on a 90 degree bend. Bring arms straight up and bend elbows 90 degrees as you extend legs and arms while bending knees. Repeat for 5 reps.
