Build Your Own Jackintosh

So, I needed a pumpkin. You know, a hollowed-out gourd to display my satanic religious practices for this year's all-hallows eve. I also have another problem; I have forty G3 iMacs to find a use for. Rather than purchasing a pumpkin, I decided to use the (free) resources available to me. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. This project can go by many names; Jackintosh, Mac-O-Lantern, Pumpkintosh, etc.

and yeah! reduce, reuse, recycle! my version of reducing is reducing landfill. If you become more creative, you could get lotsa money at an art fair.

Yes, exactly... and because Atari was then owned by Jack Tramiel, the press widely called the ST the "Jackintosh." Of course, Jack then proceeded to run Atari into the ground and out of business, but that's another story...
