The key word here is 'leader'. I believe this wholeheartedly. The man has to be the leader. He has set the tone for the relationship family and his woman/wife should be there to support and ensure that things are carried out accordingly in a harmonious way. And I agree most relations that fail are the mens fault. Because they have failed to provide that 'leadership' and guidance that is so necessary in a relationship. This man knows what's up. He's a God fearing man.

I don't know if I would blame men for ALL marriages that fail...but I am defintely feeling this guy's advice. In a nutshell he is saying know your worth and refuse to accept anything ANYTHING that doesn't line up with what you want.

I cannot stand him! I don't like anyone male of female who swears every man or woman on earth thinks like them. There are too many people on this earth for them all to think the same!

Agree with clnmike. This topic is exhausted, dead and buried. Women, quit thinking men are the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Men and women, respect yourself and others. The pot of gold is finding self.
