i'm getting this motherboard for my 940 and another gtx 275 and some lights and a fan and some more ram then i'm all set to own games =)

It is in no way worth it to me, but dualGPU is going to give you a larger performance increase than most cpu upgrades.

You're absolutely right about not getting another card. Changing a CPU/MB/DRAM does make a difference, huge improvement.
From AMD Phenom 9550 to 720 X3
OC to 3.3 Ghz, 1066Mhz very stable
