most funny thing is that it is not Russia and the guy is not a Russian - as far as I remember this TV programm about the guy - he is Ukrainian and it is in Donetsk region (Ukraine). what is less funny - he is not drunk, but has cerebral paralises and had to work in mine despite such severe disability to earn his living in Yushchenko's pro-Western Ukraine...
