Nugget Point in Catlins, in the South East of South Island, New Zealand, is one of the favourate spots for sea lions and yellow-eyed penguins to nest - a beautiful coastline view and a very comfortable stay at the Nugget Lodge - many thanks to Kath who has welcomed us at the accommodation - a highly recommended stay - you can enjoy the fantastic view from the room.
beautiful! good to know that there's a lodge right there we can stay in at the end of our drive along the scenic route!

Thanks for the video. Really enjoyed it. We have just returned from a holiday on the South Island but did not go down that far. We are going back next year so will visit Nugget Point.
