This is the South West Digital sound programme, so that could explain the difference. The speaker is the standard 20 x 40 mm version.
Bye for now.

Hi, My controller is a Dynamis too. I asked because I want to put a sound in my DMU, but I have seen Howes projects with only short horns. And it seems by your video that you can take a long tone, am I right? And what speaker you use?
Regards.

Yes, there are two horn sounds programmed into the decoder - ie single note and two-tone. The usual setting on the Dynamis controller is to have these non-latching, but on the simpler EZ-Command controller you press the function key twice, ie on and then off.
Hope this helps.

This decoder has two types of horns? For single tone, the horn plays while keeping the function key?
-
Yes, they're all NMRI compatible.

would a sound decoder from a company other than hornby work with a hornby select or elite dcc controller?

Thanks. It's a bit of a pain to fit, but it's worth it.

This project don't have the two bips in start up? The horn is a continuous sound (play while the function is pressed) or is a preset shot?

No it doesn't. The horn isn't playable - it's a single shot.
