  • I definitely saw results when I first starting using the X factor. Unfortunately, I stopped eating right and working out. I hope to one day get back into the swing of things and to also start making more videos. I still have plenty of ideas.

  • Hey Gonzo, does the workout bar come with the system?

  • It does not come with it. I recommend the Bowflex E-Z curl bar over the one made by Weider.

  • You may not believe me, but I found your video way more helpful than the video that came with the machine. I alternate between working my upper and lower body on different days of the week and the workout program that came with the xfactor does not show you how to isolate different muscle groups. The videos also do not explain which are your target muscles with any given exersise. They should have hired you :0) Thank you soooo much. This was awesome!!!

  • Thanks for the compliment. That would have been nice if they had hired me for my help. I still have a lot of ideas. Maybe one day I'll get back to making my videos.

  • Great video! I just got mine today from dick's sporting goods for 50 bucks! I have the perfect multi gym also...i do my heavy (i weigh 215) chest and back routines with that and im going to use the x factor for cutting exercises. Good bye gym membership!

  • Gonzo, I was very impressed with the amount of exercises you came up with. That was great. What is your back ground? I saw a few areas of improvement in your form but overall it was a great intro to the versatility of the machine. I just recently got the X-Factor Plus elite gym here in Australia and I can see where it will be more than challenging. You have inspired me to make my own video in effort to get my butt back in gear. Let me know if you have any tips.
