The premiere of a special HD cinematic version of When in Rome 2007, taken from Genesis' forthcoming concert and documentary DVD. The evening will also feature a live Q&A with the band hosted by Genesis fan and star of 'Ashes to Ashes' and 'Life on Mars' Philip Glenister, beamed live by satellite from ODEON Kensington.

A fascinating candid insight into the relationship of three band members that has endured for more than four decades, 'Come Rain or Shine' is an in-depth, unusually frank and humorous look into the dynamics of life on the road.

The film will be followed by a preview of the Rome concert in Dolby 5.1 surround sound. Tony Banks, Phil Collins and Mike Rutherford of Genesis will attend the event at ODEON Kensington and take part in a Q&A session with fans in the cinema's audience on the night. They will also answer questions from fans across the UK -- these can be submitted in advance via www.genesis-music.com.

  • thx for posting

in berlin i worked behind the stages and played football with phil

a great time in a great xcity with a great band !!!

  • Phil is a diva!

  • Rain at the reminds me of Still Crazy..

  • porque no pusieron un pedazo de firth of fifth?? ¡¡genesis!!! genesis!!!

  • This video is worth the price, even if just for the clips from the show where it was pouring rain in Poland. The section where the band is playing the end of Afterglow with the incredible light show as the rain beats down is absolutely ethereal. I also love the part where they show individuals in the crowd singing along to Carpet Crawlers. It perfectly captures the love the fans have for the band.

  • Oh I know what You mean, mate. Been standing 30 meters from the stage for three hours before concert started. Just after they let people in on the stadium the rainy apocalypse started. I was never so wet in my life, but after 10 minutes I ignored it. And when the band finally came and started playing, people - all people - hide their umbrellas. We were soked, yeah (actually my clothes dried on me, while I was going back 800 km north ;) but this didn't stop us from party. And the show was epic.

  • Oh man, I was at the Katowice gig where it rained to beat the devil - you see it right at the very end there - the rain was... beyond anything I've ever experienced. Seeing it again, and hearing those soaking wet Polish fans chanting 'Genesis! Genesis!'... goosebumps man, goosebumps... That was the greatest night of my life.

  • They should have put subtitles. :)

  • The rotating stage idea reminded me of "Stonehenge" from Spinal Tap.

  • I think it's those american ears, a lot of americans have said they have no idea what mike and tony are on about most of the time!
