  • Chen Xiaowang is a Grand Master and currently head of the Chen family from whom this style originated. He is THE top man.

    You are outstandingly rude, arrogant and ignorant. Shame on you. Comments such as your are not those of a true taiji disciple.

  • Nice the way he magically fixes his hair at 5:34!! Maybe he just used the power of his qi to move it back into place? Very cool.

  • Chen Xiaowang is definately the real deal. This is my favourite version of him doing Lao Jia Yi Lu. Usually for performence reasons , he adds some Er Lu/ Xinjia, but this is great!

  • @blinkerking1 There is a Chen teacher in Atlanta, who works with MAster Chen Xiaowang and Master Zhu Tiancai, His name is Florin Szondi. I've been bleesed toi find him and train with him every week in private classes.

  • The background music sounds likes one of those they played at furnerals.

  • @schtel Where can I find some good videos on silk reeling? and forms? Whar are some of ur favorite dvds?

  • @mdingdisciple I respect your admiration of Master Chen, but do not be so quick to attack others, for you also are breaking the principles of taiji.

    Remember what the Tao Te Ching says:

    Yield and overcome;

    Bend and be straight.

  • @dekal1 thanks dekal you have given me a lot of useful information. i will reflect on it. it was nice chatting with you.

  • @blinkerking1 The best way to see his skill is to ask him, can you show me your fighting skill? Or, can we push hands? He has been tested plenty of times so i'm sure he won't take offense to it its just that some people are very rude with lessons. You can learn a lesson the nice way or he can teach you the hard way. You can pick. Just be respectful. He will respect you the same way i'm sure.

  • @dekal1 then do you mind giving me advice on how to challenge him. (i dont really want to learn from him but to test my skill against his. i do not want to be rude either but all i want to do is have a formal challenge his martial art against mine. i was going to use an unorthodox style of martial art on him that i have been trying to perfect for the last year and a half and have had no worthy challenge to spar with. now that i think i have worked hard for close to two years on that art alone)
