  • i thought you were supposed to put the dumbels in front of your chest after raising it above your head? not infront of biceps? correct me if im wrong, i actually dont know, trying to know this workout as i'm starting a new program. thanks in advance for any NONHATE replies.

  • His range of motion is right. Just look at photos how arnold did it - nit the dumb fitness coaches they have no brains/

  • Your range of motion is wrong. The starting position is palms facing you, like you had just performed a double-arm bicep curl. You then rotate 180 degrees as you lift the weight above your head.

    Props, though, for the weight. I've done Arnolds with 65 pounds for 8 reps, 5 sets.
