Exec Chef of Restaurant Associates. The purpose of the interview was threefold. Firstly, David is a competing chef in the visionarydining.com Chef of the Year 2011 final and so it was good to catch up with him in regard to his preparation. More importantly however is David's insights into contract catering and the stunning news that Parliament Square recently achieved 3 Rosettes. The final reason was to enjoy a stunning lunch at Hibiscus.
