So shouldn't he have been expecting the Master to come along at some point during his tenth incarnation...No because at THAT point in his tenth he hadn't yet met his fifth therefore his sixth seventh eighth and ninth would not know five and ten would meet or the Master would show up again. It's fun arguing with myself. Wibbley wobbley etc.
