@ydoubother hahaha :D Yes, yes you are 100% right!!! I've played it on PS2! =P You controlled a kid that was unlocking the techniques and abilities of VF characters. It wasn't good at all as you said thats why I've deleted it completely from my mind!

@sybnios Knowing Sega, is might have been Virtua something. I believe Virtua quest, but the characters from VF were not playable, but they were there.

@MK21188 Shenmue was originally suppose to be a Virtua Fighter Adventure game. Ryo isn't the only person in Shenmue to have Virtua Fighter fighting styles. Chai borrowed Lion's Northern Mantis, Ryo to a few of Akira and Jacky's moves(Among others). Shenmue 2 had a lot more VF references with enemies, one character even having the same voice actor as the respective character he imitated, Taka Arashi.
