Old School 13M, Was a Member of B 3/27 during Desert Shield and Desert Shield and Desert Storm, We outran the Cavalry and when the Republican Guard tried to hit us we dropped back 10 miles, and opened up a can of Whoop Ass. Fire for Effect, until we were running out of Rockets, The next day, we rolled into a new position and the war was over. Love to see the rockets streaming away at night, all 12 launchers within a 1 KM arc, Steel Rain.
There IS a lot of M270 MLRS is this video. Though put together well, you should credit the actual MLRS units and not make it APPEAR it is all 3/27 MLRS. I KNOW for a fact, some video belongs to 1/158th MLRS, 2/32nd MLRS/ATACMS, 1/27th MLRS and etc... how do I know? I was there, in a launcher, killing Tawakalna Republican Guard forces in Desert Storm: A/40th FA MLRS - 3rd Armored Division 'Deep Strike!' @deepstrike1991 I apologize. there is ALOT of the M270 in this video. I made this video at the request of a couple of guys in my unit. I realize that alot of rocket jocky's out there put in alot of work to make STEEL RAIN work. My hat is off to those who are still in and to those I served with. MLRS/HIMARS. I served with the men in Korea A6/37 and at Fort Bragg B 3/27
