  • Thanks for the comments. I don't have a band. I write and record a bit. I've been playing piano since I was a little kid. Music was my full time job from the age of 17~26 then I got into the graphics thing.

  • Thanks all! As for space - the cave had about 92 sq' and the new room is 162. I am going to leave the spruce raw - no stain or nuthin. I did one more wall this afternoon. Getting there.

  • The loft is looking nice!

You need to get those synths hooked up:)

  • No kidding. I recently snagged a Roland VK8M dirt cheap on Kijiji. Haven't even played it yet.

  • No sweat, Scott! I've been slowed down on my P-47 and my F6F, too, I haven't posted over at the forum for a while again. And I've got rennovations here in house that are taking me even longer than a build.

I like your spruce board finish, I might steal your idea, for my basement. I'm finishing it into a bar and dining room, I was going to use drywall, but I like the look of wood, too.

    See you at NerdHerd!

  • Nice Karma!! I should never have sold mine. Glad to see there are other model builders that play instruments!!

  • Great job on the house! Good to hear from you. Regards from SoCal,

  • Scott, It is so cool you are back with some video. Been missing my weekly dose of SMA Can't wait to see what you have decided on for your next kit. You are the Christian Canadian Scale Model Rocker! Glad your back brother.

  • I can't wait to see the new Millennium Falcon build *wink* *wink*

  • Didn't recognize you without your toque, but then the voice brought back fond memories :) Wonderful to hear from you...completely understand how doing things as you can afford it tends to take longer or in my case forever! Your loft is looking pretty cool...hope to hear more from you soon..Jim.

  • Woot! The loft is looking good. You got a whole set up for sound recording?

  • nice to see a new video from you :) do you have a band too or just recording sessions?

  • looks like a nice job on the spruce. take your time,so you won't have to go back and fix things.I think finishing the band room, will allow you to clear room in the model cave to begin building.

    Now,go find that touque
