@wheeelieboi250 I would point two tho things out: first, I would guess most cars these days still use cable actuated e brakes, ergo on a seperate system to the hydraulic main brakes. There is a good chance that they will still work when the main brakes fail. Second, is the *chance* that they do not work a good reason to tell people not to even *try* them? No. In addition, that is not the reason he gives in his video - his reasoning is that you would lose control from tyre lockup.

@Nereth each car is different, if your brake lines are broken( drove over some rocks or some shit and damaged them) how are you going to initiate your e brake? or if your brake calibers freeze up for some odd reason or the springs inside there break, the e brake wont work
