A quick video of my first attempt at making Roasted Red Pepper Soup. I missed the roasting part, but that's so easy to do. Simply throw some whole red bell peppers on the grill until the skin is slightly charred, then toss the peppers into Ziploc bags to steam the skin off of the peppers. Scrape the skin off and slice. Yummmmm!
