January 23, 2011 - PART 2
I got a new horse in for training. This horse had been abandoned and "cowboyed on" when his previous owner acquired him. His new owner suffered an accident when 2 dogs rushed Wags, and attacked him. Wags spooked, the owner fell and landed in the hospital. She was a beginner rider, and unable to get back on. So, Wags was sent to me. This is a video taken by my 10 year old sister, so forgive the bouncing.
This video is the first time that I had handled this horse, and the first time he'd been worked in who know how long. Wags is 10 years old, and sound, sane, and UTD.
He is in for training with me, and will be for sale soon, so send me requests for what you'd like me to show!
Keep checking back for updates!
PS. No I do not "do" parelli, downunder, or any other "method"... But rather I have learned from, watched and observed many different methods from traditional, to natural, to old cowboy, to new age. My methods are my own version of little bits from the great masters in Horse Training.
He is a stunning horse! please post more vids oh him! i want to see more of him!

he doesn't seem like a bad horse, just very disrespectful which could be due to lack of knowledge on the previous owner's part. you're doing well with him already on day 1 though! I know you'll teach him to trust and respect people :)
