Sony unveiled its VAIO P Series Lifestyle PC at CES this week and WebProNews was there to get a first-hand glance. Boasted as "the world's lightest 8-inch notebook," the device is less than 1-inch thick, weighs in at 1.4 pounds, and is small enough to fit inside a jacket pocket. the sony guy says they could have made the platfrom much smaller but they had to make the lcd lid larger becoz of the keyboard. then y the hell didnt they just make the screen bigger then stupid sony and sony guy for not realising this cheap way to make this product. i mean seriously it would have been fine to carry on with the demo without saying that but saying that makes sony so dumb.
honest to god there is a point at which it is not worth it getting smaller if you fucking take everthing out of it eg the trackpad, leaving it with only one usb, craptacular keyboard, no vga, raping down the cpu, lowering the battery life and having shit graphics
