Dan Bern openly acknowledges the Dylan influence, and even goes back to Woody Guthrie who, it would seem, most of you have never heard of as you seem to think Bob Dylan invented songwriting.

Love it. This is probably my favorite Dan Bern song. I imagine there's nothing bad about being accused of sounding like Dylan.
