Started as a way for local restaurants to purchase more eco-friendly products at lower costs, the Green Chicago Restaurant Co-op now has a way for consumers to easily find green dining options in Chicago.

Through the Co-op's new Guaranteed Green program, people can now support local restaurants that have taken significant steps toward protecting the environment.
