  • Beau, do you think it would ever be possible to mix two sakes together for a sake cocktail? (I have a feeling this is probably frowned upon and forbidden, but just out of curiosity) If you COULD combine two, what would be two categories you could combine? (Ex. Combining a Nigori with a Ginjo)

  • i call it "milk" sake bc i dint know the proper name to call it and it looked a little like milk to me. I LOVE unfiltered sake!!! ITS SO SWEET!!! yum!!!

  • I tried some of this sake at a local Japanese restaurant recently. All I can say is that I was pretty wobbly when I left.
