kristen and and costar Robert Pattinson won a Golden Popcorn statue for BEST KISS.
Kristen is wearing sneakers because she twisted her ankle. She was supposed to wear pumps!
Kristen also picked up Best Female Performance for Twilight. During her acceptance speech, she dropped the Golden Popcorn statue and awkwardly tried to catch it.

i loved the outfit with the converses but you would think not trying to be mean or anything like that but she could have worn flats and they wouldn't have hurt her ankle i had to do that before!
