I will be the first person to deep-fry the ghost of a pig and i will patent it! But unlike some other corporate whores i will allow everyone to deep-fry pig ghosts because its a technology meant for the people!

i don't think it adds flavor if they did it that way. i'm from cebu and i've never heard that way of preparing lechon. i've seen how they prepare cebu lechon. the flavor comes from the stuffing, the way its cooked and the constant basting...

I mainly eat the skin cuz it's crunchy :) I don't care about the belly having all the flavorings and seasonins.. I just enjoy the food whatever part i get :D

wait a minute, is this true? do they marinate that way? they force the pig to drink it while it's alive? kc if it's true, kawawa naman, that's torture & it's believable for it to happen in the philippines.
