I think the 'not for CIVVIES' bit is meant to be a joke, hence the 'Not for GIRLS' on the normal one, it probably does have more sugar tho.

dudes you all got it wrong i might just be a cadet but we get issued the same 24hr rat pack. yes we sometimes get different things for differnt climates but the choclate is there to give us energy its a choclate desinged by nestle for the british army that has mor suger why it says on the front ITS NOT FOR CIVVIES and we get stuff like oat meal biskets that that stops you having a shit or piss whilst on duty ill tell you what when im on my next camp ill do a video about ration packs and cooking

No it's not, and there is already a hot climate ration pack (HC). There are just not enough to go round.
