They aren't fighting for you, or me. They are fighting for money. Killing for money. Thats the same as a hitman. That is a crime in America. If you stopped paying them they wouldnt do it. The military personel dont hardly get paid anything. I only made $1400 a month in the navy. So don't act like you know what your talking about.

I was an enlisted soldier, sargent , then became an officer. I dont see how a nation can survive and truly be free with killings for money. The destruction of life is coming to America by the law of sowing and reaping, karma, or simple pragmatism. No nation can survive murdering. Sure it usually starts by killing the "enemy" , but usually the chickens come home to roost.

@chadvipe2 think about what you said here. keep in mind that you were in the united states navy. there fore you were restricted by laws and regulated by the pentagon. these people of blackwater had no restrictions and there fore could do things that were unthinkable for a U.S. soldier to do. they operated with total immunity. so uncle sam had them doing things that people arent allowed to talk about. thats why they got the big bucks and you got peanuts.im ex navy too. i do understand.

you say 3/4 of a million iraqi's have died, but you failed to specify how many of those were unarmed civilians and how many of those were Ak-47 weilding taliban, Al-Qaeda, shi'ite, or some other group of people wishing to cause harm to anyone who does not want to live under muslim doctrine...

Jeremy Scahill I believe in what you are talking about. There are few that can argue that there is a private army rivaling that of the United States Army (the most powerful the world has ever seen). The fact is that you are very ill informed about what is going on over there. Civilians are not the target of military contractors. The facts are out there and what you are saying is not totally true. The USA is a military state brewed from the best war genetic pool on the planet.
