It's the first Bald Bull fight. If it was the second Bald Bull, he'd only be able to be knocked down by a power star uppercut.

I like how he is the exact same version from the original Punch Out on the NES to the Wii. In my opinion, the one on the Wii is actually a bit trickier than the NES version since the sounds he makes on the Wii throw me off.
