but i´ve got one question: why do they switch the lights on when it´s dark? do they want that we see them?

Kid, that can't even be true. I mean, those lights are in the middle of air. They're not on a mountaintop.

I'm not saying it could be aliens, but if someone doubts it, please bring up a better explanation.

This was officially solved. The people responsible came forward. They are simply a series of bonfires on top of the mountain. nothing more nothing less. Look at a photo of this area in daytime,the 'lights' follow the top of the mountain exactly.

That's of course if you want to apply human logic to something we neither have knowledge of nor understand. Perhaps they don't have cloaking technology like you assume; perhaps they want us to know they are about.

In either case, there is the one fact we can be sure of: we simply don't know.
