People who are born HIV-positive often face a lifetime of medication and stigma. While improved treatment methods have decreased transmission from mother to child, doctors still say caring for children with the virus is an imperfect science. In this story, two teens who were born with HIV/AIDS talk about what it's like to stay optimistic, even in the face of an unknown life expectancy.

  • You seem to be a sociopath, whatever the finer details I can tell you with 100% accuracy that the government and general scientific consensus on HIV and AIDS is correct. I am a GP with an I.Q of over 160 so people please believe me, I am just trying to save your life and do not trust these false hiv/aids conspiracies.

  • @pspete1000 ~ Define AID$? There is NO single DISease that can be accurately labelled as AID$, so I'm curious to know which DISease you're referring to. You have loads of learning to do! Save yourself time & brain space and only rely on honest scientists & medical professionals ~ available via RethinkingAIDS. com :)

    ~South Africa~

  • @pspete1000 ~ BTW, I have never made a cent through HIV & so-called AID$, yet I have spent the longest while of my own time offering assistance for FREE. Offering assistance by means of putting whomever's mind at peace, as well as pointing them in the direction of QUALIFIED, world renowned medical scientists & practitioners via:

RethinkingAids. com and HowPositiveAreYou. com etc. The poor victims of these lies, then perform their very own research. So you don't know what you're talking about!

  • @annie46664 Will nutters like you stop rubbishing the gifted and talented scientists regarding hiv/aids. The lies you spread to make a quick buck will end up killing. I'm afraid people the general/standard info out there regarding aids/hiv is true and people like annie46664 are wrong. The goverment and scientists are not wrong nor are they lying.

  • Thank god for the gifted and talented heroes of the science world that give babies born with aids a chance. These are the real masters of the universe not the hollywood stars, musicians or

    bankers.

  • @TheBargar

    The bigots will be bigots.

  • @atontearmont AND YOUR POINT IS ?

  • I have HIV and I am an engineer who works for the largest STD dating and support site STDslove. com. I have to tell you a secret, you can choose not to believe me. But the truth is that this site has more than 1,880,000 members and about 80% members are good looking in my estimation.

Unfortunately, STD rates soar worldwide and most people with STDs don't even know that they have them. The government should grant more money for STD education to lower the rates of STD transmission.

  • that dudes gay

  • Wrap it up-dont spread that shit!
