I like her too. She eclipsed Cyd Charisse in "It's Always Fair Weather". Dolores moved her formidable physique in a way that added greatly to "Thanks a Lot But No Thanks" ....along with her amazing voice. I think her performance blows away Marilyn Monroe's in "Diamonds Are a Girls Best Friend". The number was far ahead of it's time in theme and visuals.......perfect for Dolores.

I'm 32 years old and sometimes I get so envious of my parents and grandparents at times because the were actually able to live through the times when wonderful music like this was being made! Music today is just not what it used to be. Thank you so much for posting. God Bless.

I adore Dolores Gray. What else can I say? And she sure did wipe everyone else off the screen in "Designing Woman"! How about her doing "Thanks a Lot, But No Thanks" in "It's Always Fair Weather"? This lady was far ahead of her time, musically.
