This is a big step in the right direction, but still doesn't go far enough IMO. Indecent exposure should be made into a NON-registrable offense, period. With perhaps an exception being say a pedophile intentionally exposing himself to a child for some kind of sexual arousal. People who say, get caught having sex or masturbating in a vehicle do not belong on the registry. The registry was designed for genuine sexual predators who pose a real threat, not people who've done something dumb one time.

Glad to see someone in government making a logical rational choice. Not all sex offenders are child molesters and requiring streakers to register as sex offenders only wastes money and time.

There will be no sex offender registry, there will be no more flags for law enforcement to harass and intimidate people like an over the shoulder seatbelt to give authorities some cart blanch/Lincoln from Illinois knows what she did. The aftermath of this puss filled boil on America calling for dipper service cops and more laws that create interregnal revenue not results to do good for anyone.

Stan Garnett kick's butt!

Baby steps toward doing the right thing? How about we just leave these free spirits alone as long as they are responsible streakers?

Good call, that's one of the statutes that always annoyed me.
I do not understand, does the constitution mean any damn thing these days? Apparently not.
