This is not an upper body plyometric due to the delay after muscle is loaded

@ifkch03z Because, you are jamming your bent wrists into the ground! A persons wrist are much much stronger when they are extended(about to punch someone). He should be doing this excersice on his knuckles, its much better on your wrists.
