Okay, I know that some of you are as cursed as I am when it comes to waking up in the middle of the night thinking of new exercises or twists on exercises. Right? Maybe not. Anyway, here is what I thought would add a great movement to our upper body plyos for more advanced clients or athletes. Using the same pattern as lower body skips, we challenge the upper body with using the same skips using the arms while adding great core and hip stability strength. For easier version, elevate on a bench or box and remove part of your body weight to lower intensity. Go for it and have fun!

  • This is not an upper body plyometric due to the delay after muscle is loaded

  • @ifkch03z Because, you are jamming your bent wrists into the ground! A persons wrist are much much stronger when they are extended(about to punch someone). He should be doing this excersice on his knuckles, its much better on your wrists.

  • @WickedG5150 how?

  • this can mess you body up.
