Ash-Wade Freestyle Kata

Freestyle kata performed at the 2008 Tomiki Aikido US Nationals and was awarded 2nd place.

The basic flow of this kata is Wade performs a particular technique from one of various types of grabs (cross-hand, mirror-hand, or two-hand). He then attempts to perform that same technique again as a defense against a punch and is countered by Ash. The particular counters used are a drawn from the Juppon Ura Waza and the Tanto Kaeshi Waza.
