This presents a three-dimensional visualization of RGB and XYZ colorspaces. The wide-gamut XYZ colorspace, though long appreciated in the color community, is taking on increasing relevance since its adoption as part of the Digital Cinema Standard.

  • Can I use part of this video? I'll give credit for it.

  • OMG ! Thank you. My problem is solved. Thank you and 3D so much. Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanks

  • I like this video. But it doesn't show the shape of the XYZ color space at all, it shows only a part of it's surface. Another problem is that although it's exellently animated, it's hard to understand for colorimetry newbies. If you know a good deal about the topic then the animation is obvious.

  • to hard to understand what they exactly mean.

in simply terms it had just over 105% of the color space than ntsc standard.

it plammouse to view the colors from the real world.

so no more blurry distorbed colors etc,,,,

  • Hey Cuz-

Nice voxels! Missed you in Cabo!

    Take care,

    Brian
