He is talking about Goree, which is a place in the actual Senegal (that is still opened for tourism by the way) where slaves were "stocked" before they were shipped to the actual US and Brazil. He is saying that he loves Goree, that he loves Senegal. He is talking about how Goree has seen slaves' suffering, how Africa has suffered from slavery. At 2: 20, he asked Africans not to be mad as nothing happens without God's will....
