If anybody has any Paul DeMarco matches, please post. DeMarco was as dynamic as Goldberg and had some of the best technical skills ever. He was big in the San Francisco Bay Area, Alll Star Wrestling/ Hank Renner era.

I heard a reference to a clip of Joe Scarpa (Jay Strongbow) and DeMarco in Georgia from 1969. Although I don't know how available this footage is, but at least it exists!

Moondog Ed Moretti has done two interviews with us at sportofwrestling. com and both interviews focused on Roy Shire and his promotion in San Francisco, we talked about all the greats, as well as how the promotion got started, and eventually went out of business. Both interviews are available for members, and memberships are just $5.00 a month

I intend to do Canada, which will include Vancouver. The Pacific Northwest is so unique because of the overlap with Canada. Not to mention things like AWA in Winnipeg, Stu Hart running Montana, Mid-Atlantic stars in Toronto and the Detroit-Windsor-Toronto ties. I'd really like to give Canadian promotions their due in a Canadian video.

I grew up watching these giants, and it brings a tear to my eye to see that they will be remembered. God bless Paul DeMarco, we had some great times in Sacramento. You will always be number ONE!

I used to watch this all the time when I was young in the early 70's. I heard they erased all the footage out becuse tape was very expensive back than.

I hope that there is some footage out there of Buddy Austin. In 1963, he and The Great Scott held what is now the WWE Tag Team Championship.
