This is an exercise for learning more about how to lead and follow in couple dancing. It also helps cultivate agility in dance, develops play techniques for dances such as West Coast Swing and Salsa, offers the opportunity to practice musicality, and is just generally a lot of fun, once one does it enough to feel comfortable with their movement. Additionally, it is an AWESOME workout for staying in shape!
