@aaahhhhaaaahhhh Hang in there, try to take difficult situations one step at a time.

It's a bit hard to trust someone with health advice who can barely look after himself.

@Okshutit It's just a statistic maybe only a small number of people recover because thats the current likelyhood which doesn't necessarily mean that you have to be like that it's the very idea that you have to be chorinically depressed which will only keep you there further

"rarely do people with chronic depression recover completely"
sigh... bummer...

Honestly being depressed is the worst feeling ever. You have no fun or wanna be around people and all I wanted to do was do lines and sleep.

@theDudeAbides1100 You clearly don't suffer from depression. It is a serious mental disorder and it is not just being sad. It is like you can never enjoy anything and you can never experience happiness again. You have to experience it to understand.

depression is bullshit. you know who should be depressed? people who have nothing to put on the table and no clothes or shelter for thier families. not americans who have it easy in a great country. gimmi a break you cry babies. did you ever have to live in two rooms with 5 other people?

I hate it when your friends tell you that your lazy and never want to do anything , meanwhile they know nothing about what's goin on in my life
@theDudeAbides1100 Poor people in any country tend to be in a constant state of depression, they just don't realize it as such. Whether depression is the result of life choices, or from factors beyond a person's control, it is certainly not bullshit for ANYONE who experiences it. You seem to have it pretty easy yourself in Canada, if you can sit at a computer and be judgemental about something you don't understand. Have some more pot brownies, Dude.

what helps me when iam depressed is that i have to get outside and exercise. It's the last thing i want to do but i have to drag myself out and even run for a while.Sometimes getting out in the countryside also helps.Things will seem impossible at times but i set myself small tasks like trying to think positive thoughts even though i don't want to.Having hope really is a big help, hope always holds the door open for me and a belief that one day all my pain will be rewarded with only good.
