hmm looks interesting, will give it a go...got some quinoa flour yesterday ...was ok used in gluten free bread. any one know any pointers ? need something to wrap my food in ..thanks

A huge change I noticed after becoming vegan & eating, drinking mostly organic foods & beverages was I don't suffer from depression or constant hunger. Throw plastic out! I use glass; my salads look great in glass & I eliminated plastic chemicals leaching onto food. For pots I use stainless steel or cast iron. Most teflon coated pans are aluminum based. Diseases associated exposure to aluminum: Alzheimers, Parkinsons, Liver disease, Dementia, bone disease, nervous disorders. Great AL song!

That looks really good.. I so want to start eating raw; I'm just broke as heck, and I'm not show how to start.I also want (NEED) to do the master cleanse . I think I'll start that first..then go from there.. Watching your video's motivate me!
