My partner and I are in the process of building the Charles 803 still at a cost of about $800 bucks--and this is actually the easy part. We have to also build the boiler and a way to heat the mash to near 200degrees. THEN there's the machinery needed to grind the mash (sugarbeets, corn, sugarcane, whatever) add water and bring it to near 200dg and cook it for 6 -8 hours , THEN add yeast then run the vapors through the distiller and separate out the water vapor from the alcohol vapor. Big job!

Very accurate thus far.
Local production, distribution and consumption of Ethanol based fuels is the most economic impactual method for ethanol implementation.
Brazil is the largest consumer of Ethanol fuel in the world. They are also the fastest domestic wealth growth economy in the world. The vast majority of the money they spend on ethanol gets put back into their economy.

Problems with ethanol are related to the vapor pressure or boiling point.

Here we go again,an engine can be made to more/MPGal.there are patents out there that these companies(would hurt money wise) have bought+ burried, or shut the inventer up. GREED IS WHAT DRIVES these people.

The fields are tied up with farm land banks planted that have contracts with Gov.+the
snagg here is that if a farmer wants to plant corn(for food crisis)they would be demanded to pay their money back given for these
contracts 10-15 Yrs. long
keep them from growing any+ Penalty.
