This is to povedimecom. Hi, I'm a 67 years old guy and have five such romances in my past that make my heart smile when something prompts a memory. I wish all the young people in the world the good fortune to experience similar heart-skipping journeys into magic. Treasure them.

I think the youth of the actors and the director gave "Before Sunrise" a purity that "Before Sunset" didn't have.

i love the whole 9 years later concept :) ...i also love Sunset better. i saw it when i was 18 & had a huge thing for Ethan Hawke lol. then a few years later i saw Sunrise and it's a cute set up to Sunset. i've always loved the ambiguity of both films :) ...Favorite romance movie ever!

@Sotnas I dont know, i think that this movie is all about redemption, about the things that they've accomplished and the things they couldnt do, such as staying together. That's why the ending is so amazing, because they do what they should've done 9 years ago, finally.
