Mine does it all the time when she turns around in the hallway. She doesn't seem to even notice. It sounds painful, but she just keeps on going. They aren't the smartest dogs in the world.

My old greyhound was put to sleep a year ago on Wednesday from brain damage after a cardiac arrest he did stuff like that all the time and my new ex racer does it 2

Our greyhound Riley does this all the time :) apparently it's to do with their vision being optimal for tracking moving objects, but less good with animate ones. Open drawers, door frames, all sorts in our house :)

sorry to hear hes passed on. our grey romero is always bumping into things too..lol , i think its just a normal greyhound thing, they aren't as graceful as one would think lol they are the best tho.

@ItalianPrincess0730 lol..he really does...at christmas he used to have deer antlers..lol...and my friends always called him giraffe...lol..I miss him ;(

Yeah I think Greyhounds have a habbit of bumping into things..they are just sooo focused on what they want to catch they don't realise there is something in the way..and nope..he didn't catch the fly..=S..and it's not mean..I didn't force him to bang his head..he's just clumbsy..unfortunatly he was put to sleep last year with bone cancer..so this vid reminds me of my big ol goofball..xx
