Zak, over the years you have inspired me to move beyond generic brews and get into the more interesting side of beer. Out of curiosity, have you ever tried any beers by wychwood? They are an english brewery so you should be able to find them in the uk.

Sounds great. There is nothing like a beer so hoppy you can feel the hops. I have always said the best beers I have ever had are all homebrews. At the same time the worst beers I have had are homebrew as well.

Fascinating stuff, Zak. Simple, in my opinion, is better. You try and do too much and your beer loses focus. Sounds like a winner.
