I had problem with that, I search youtube and in many subtitles it is Greed Envy or Greed the Live, but in ep that I watched it was Greed Envy, but I can be wrong.

Judging by the power shown by the Terrible Providence of Thanatos in Saint Seiya The Lost Canvas anime, it would totally say that it is the best attack. In both series (lost canvas and meikai hen) Thanatos destroyed gold cloths. Nobody but Thanatos has destroyed gold cloths so far.
