@thanatos71209 i have dsl and cant get any faster where i live...(sigh), but all other videos buffer perfectly fine. maybe this guy just uploaded bigger files or something.

Just bought your program, looked it over and it looks great. couldn't pass up the free lifetime bonus'. Definitely worth the money.
Some more videos/information on fat burning routine to get rid of that problem area around the lower abs, for us older guys just starting out.
Also...more info on nutrition phases...ie, bulking vs. fat burning phases would be nice.
