The pullup is one of the most difficult bodyweight exercises one can do since it requires you to lift your entire weight up to the bar! That said, make it a Spiderman Pullup and you've just amped up the difficulty by 10 times!

  • Just bought your program, looked it over and it looks great. couldn't pass up the free lifetime bonus'. Definitely worth the money.

    Some more videos/information on fat burning routine to get rid of that problem area around the lower abs, for us older guys just starting out.

    Also...more info on nutrition phases...ie, bulking vs. fat burning phases would be nice.
