  • Yea why take 5 minutes to measure yourself? I bet your heavier then when younstarted

  • @mnmmoose14 well it does make sense your body has to stay at a certain temperature when it goes bellow your body is forced to burn energy to get back the that initial temperature.. It is a little uncomfortable in the beginning but after a couple of times I started to find it relaxing and it gives me a sort of energy boost as well !

  • Tim Ferriss is a guru, I'm not sure about the ice showers tho
